Our annual ministerial reference books are distributed to Ministers and senior policy makers across the Commonwealth. The 200+ page reports feature articles from leading authorities on topics ranging from trade and investment, health, education, energy, infrastructure and the environment.
Since 2003, we have produced a range of Ministers Reference Books in partnership with the Commonwealth Secretariat, the Commonwealth Business Council (now the CWEIC) and more recently the Royal Commonwealth Society to help catalyse trade, investment and sustainable development across the Commonwealth.
